Used as a 'bolt on' facility to live call handling or as a stand alone option our investment into interactive voice response (IVR) platforms offer increased flexibility for the routing of calls whilst providing a cost effective method for capturing caller information.
Recognised as one of the most sophisticated set ups in the UK today, JAM can offer you either the option of yourself making recordings and e-mailing the sound file to us or sending us a script to record for you. This facility allows our clients to take advantage of the following services:
Call Routing
The call is welcomed via voicemail gateway, which provides a menu for callers to select their preferred option. The calls can be then routed out to a different destination or indeed can be routed into voicemail or to a live operator.Information Lines
The voicemail can be configured to relay information and announcements to callers.Brochure Request Lines
Information required to produce a label or for further contact with the caller, together with the source of the enquiry is captured and forwarded by e-mail or forwarded to JAM for fulfilment. Other configurations are available.Competition Lines
In addition to data capture of contact and source information, menu options are provided for choosing the answers to questions. Tiebreak questions are facilitated and if required, random winners can be selected.Voicemail
The operation of simple voicemail boxes is facilitated for business or home use. Recordings can be made remotely and access to messages is available via telephone or via member services.
