Fulfillment

Clients may use our fulfilment facilities to dispatch brochures, fliers, application forms and documents from the data collected from inbound calls and also to dispatch products following credit card orders placed with JAM. Facilities to receive 'returns' are available and acted on in accordance with your instructions. Operators can enter data collected from coupons and mail received by us.

To complement our services and to facilitate the use of JAM as a 'virtual office' a variety of central London addresses are available for use as business addresses. A mail address with mail forwarding is available as a stand-alone service or can be used in conjunction with call handling and fulfilment services.

Our despatch department work closely with the main call centre to ensure whatever is being sent through the door arrives in a timely fashion at the required destination. Our advanced postcoding software is compatible with royal mail and all major couriers to ensure a service second to none.

Often a client is unsure of the best way to despatch their brochures, magazines, or whatever product it may be. A member of our despatch department will be happy to advise you on the most efficient and cost effective way to distribute your products.
