Call Centre Overview



JAM Media Response have been in the UK call centre industry since 1977. Inbound call centre services offered include personalised telephone answering, brochure requests, order taking, order processing and credit card processing, and much much more! Unlike many, we're not a 'Virtual' call centre. All of our operators are within our London based offices.

Inbound Call Centre Services


We have already been chosen to provide professional representation 24 hours a day by companies ranging from the the one-man business to companies and organisations of all sizes, including many household names.

Internet - JAM is fully web-enabled so we can automatically move onto special pages on our clients web-sites as soon as the phone rings for them. Your e-commerce solutions can really come to life in our hands!

Brochure and Catalogue requests - using the latest postcoding software we check the addresses of inbound calls and create a mailing list of items to be mailed, either by ourselves or by the client.

Web access - Catalogue requests can be submitted to us via Internet forms and email which are then added to the main database

Media Response and Order Taking - calls may be generated by newspaper and magazine advertising or by Radio or TV advertising. As we take the order we use postcoding software to help check address, we check credit cards for validity, and choose products from a catalogue supplied by our clients, adding post and packing charges as required. We normally pass the file to our client at that point, but if required we will also process the credit cards through our clients Merchant Services account, and either pass that file to another fulfillment house or process the fulfillment from our own warehouses.

Automated IVR - some of our phone lines are answered by Voicemail and then automatically directed to a JAM operator or to the clients office. We can take the full call by IVR and then transcribe it onto a database afterwards.

Voice and Data - JAM is at the forefront of developing technology to help you deal with the new facilities involved with the Internet, Telecoms, and Voice over IP, etc.

Virtual Reception - JAM operators act as your receptionist and can put calls straight through to your people wherever they are. We then give you emails and full realtime reports so that you can know what is happening with all your people. Outsourcing your Reception not only allows your people to get on with their work, but can also screen unwanted calls.

Store Locate - Using JAM’s unique software, callers can easily and quickly be referred to the locations nearest them, together with details about those locations.



Outbound Call Centre Services


We provide the full range of outbound telemarketing services, including lead generation, appointment making, sales generation and so-on. We will work with you to design and manage your campaign, whether you just need a small team of agents or hundreds of operators. You will probably also be pleasantly surprised by our rates. We will give you an additional discount if we are also required to provide a fax broadcast as part of the campaign.

Multi-language Call Centres


We can establish and manage the projects for you, and report to you via our normal sophisticated web reporting modules, but service can be provided from our other centres
