Established in 1977 as a traditional telephone answering service, JAM Media Response has evolved into a bespoke 24-hour communication centre.

JAM came into existence to service the needs of musicians who during the seventies were missing out on potential bookings.

The idea for the company was the brain child of Jackie Ann Millman who had had first hand knowledge from her husband of how difficult it could be for musicians to find work.

In the late eighties and early nineties, JAM moved into the commercial world where hundreds of SME's, bluechip firms and government agencies have relied upon JAM to have their calls handled in a professional manner.

JAM Media Response now has the benefit of close to thirty years experience providing call centre services. As our applications are written in-house, we are able to fine tune our services exactly to the requirements of the client.

Our reputation has built over time to a level that many other call centres and telephone answering services even divert their overflow and out of hours calls to us.
