Call-Centre Operators

The professionalism of our operators is the key to our success. We pay particular attention to this area of our business and to that end we are seeking to recruit new members to the team that will both continue and add to this dynamic.

We represent a wide spectrum of client types and our operators will find themselves acting as a client's receptionist, taking orders and credit card details, offering customer service and support functions and providing emergency backup and call out facilities to a variety of industries.

It is essential therefore that applicants can work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool head. Most importantly the caller must be left with a positive impression of the company they have just called.

We expect all our operators to be able to spell and type proficiently be well spoken and courteous at all times.

We operate 24 hours and a variety of shifts are available. Flexibility with shifts will be an advantage and full training is provided. We are located in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

Information Technology

The JAM call centre is a fully integrated solution for both 'live' and automated call handling. All applications for call handling are developed and supported in-house and therefore our skill base incorporates an in-depth knowledge of communications hardware and a variety of programming languages.

We have occasional need for the right applicant with the right skill set and will review your C.V. with interest.
