JAM has many years of experience dealing with lift breakdowns, refrigeration problems, air conditioning, solicitors, private doctors etc. Our award winning operators answer all calls live 24 hours a day. We take the information you require and then pass these calls to your engineers. JAM can send you a full report of each call via email either immediately or the next working day.
We provide unique call reference numbers for all calls complete with a full audit trail. Site lists, rotas, contact details are all accessible via message view. Either the client can maintain their lists, or our trained staff at JAM can maintain the data.
As we pride ourselves on being one of the few UK call centres that operate on a genuine 24 Hour basis, our call out function needs to be quick and easy to use. Consequently all call out clients, from lift engineers to private doctors surgeries, can update their rotas online.
We appreciate that due to service agreements your client may require a timely response and attendance onsite, regardless the time of day or night. Any outbound calls made by our operators to pass a job are logged, allowing you to access a full audit trail of your clients call from the moment the phone is answered.
JAM can help with basic IT support. Provide us with a list of standard questions and our operators will be able to handle most of the issues. In the event the query cannot be dealt with, the call can be escalated to a designated person.
For medical clients we can also provide basic information to your patients as per your instructions. We can then escalate the call to the doctor or nurse on duty.
