Holiday Cover

Within the JAM call centre, we normally operate 40 positions but can when required scale upto 100 positions should the client require this. Crucially, the telephone answering service is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even on Christmas Day our call centre operators can take your important calls.
We will log every message and provide you with a report via Email or FAX as often as you require. We can also send out an SMS after each call if needed. All telephone answering service clients are automatically given access to an online facility that records every message with full details real-time.
