The JAM call centre is located just a short train journey from the centre of London, allowing the majority of our current and potential clients easy access.
After many years within the industry, JAM is able to partner with call centres in Europe and America for larger campaigns. Whatever the clients requirements, we can establish and manage the projects for you, and report to you via our normal sophisticated web reporting modules.
Within the JAM call centre, we normally operate 40 positions but can when required scale upto 100 positions should the client require this. Our scalability allows us to cope easily with a client just getting started, or a large corporation embarking on a mass media campaign.
