Following recent legal legislation for lone workers, JAM has developed the technology to help ensure the safety of engineers attending jobs out of hours.

After passing the initial call to the engineer on rota, if the engineer does not call in within a set time (client sets this) to advise job complete and engineer safe we will attempt to contact the engineer to check job progress and safety.

If we are unable to contact the engineer we will then alert their supervisor and inform them of last know whereabouts of their engineer. Final contact is made if we are unable to contact supervisor we would work through an escalation procedure supplied by the client.
