Media Response

JAM Media Response is ideally suited to handle both large and small campaigns whether the media is radio, TV or press, mail shot or fax broadcast. Our combination of ‘live’ call centre and IVR facilities provides an efficient and comprehensive solution. A variety of phone number options are available for your use.

Current media response campaigns include donation lines for charities, competition lines, brochure request lines, information lines etc. Real-time access to ‘live’ data via the member services section of this site can be hugely beneficial in taking advantage of last minute special offer advertising rates.

Calls may be generated by newspaper and magazine advertising or by Radio or TV advertising. As we take the order we use postcoding software to help check address, we check credit cards for validity, and choose products from a catalogue supplied by our clients, adding post and packing charges as required.

We normally pass the file to our client at that point, but if required we will also process the credit cards through our clients Merchant Services account, and either pass that file to another fulfillment house or process the fulfillment from our own warehouses.
