JAM can provide a 24-hour order hot line, whether it be for single or multiple items. Our operators are also trained to provide a certain level of up selling. Using our messageview facility product lists are available for the client to update. For example new products, price changes, product code updates, stock lists can all be changed using messageview.
Our screens are capable of providing delivery address, billing address options, as well as an FAQ section with product information for our operators.
If you don’t already have an online payment portal, we can put you in touch with a reputable company.
JAM are also able to take orders direct from your website. Using our state of the art software, your website will automatically pop up infront of the operator when a call comes in.
