Using the latest postcoding software we check the addresses of inbound calls and create a mailing list of items to be mailed, either by ourselves or by the client. We currently take responses for a number of large companies offering brochures using either our voicemail or live answering or a mixture of both. We also offer a fulfillment service so we can efficiently and cost effective send your brochures for you.

Store Locator

Your customers want to know where you are. JAM operators can provide location, opening hours, telephone numbers, and driving directions support 24/7. Based on the callers postcode, the operator will be able to provide the caller with your nearest location quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but we can provide the caller with the stores opening hours, the direct contact number (the caller can even be patched through to the store on the same call) and the managers name.

Loan Application

Allow JAM to take the initial application ready for you to credit check. Your screen can be customised so the questions you want asked are put to the caller. The screen is tailored to capture as much or as little information as is necessary. We have substantial experience within this industry and can help with clients prepare scripts.

Appointment Booking

JAM can take diary bookings for your clients or customers. Whatever the reason, our operators can take the necessary information from the caller and then using our in-house developed software make an appointment. These can be created by the client online, and then viewed once a booking has been made. Many of our clients who use this service also choose to take advantage of our fulfillment department to then despatch confirmation letters.

Whistle Blower Hotline
