After nearly 32 years experience, we like to think our approach to pricing is simple and effective.
To use the JAM service we will charge a monthly management fee that includes a set number of inclusive minutes depending on your expected call volume. Our billing is to the second. Everything else such as message delivery, minor changes to your account are all included in the monthly fee.
There are no hidden costs.
Included in the monthly management is an unrivalled level of customer service. 24/7 phone support is available to all clients, while responding to our clients issues are of paramount importance to us. As our systems are written in-house, we can respond quicker and be far more flexible in our approach.
We do not offer a free trial, as we prefer to ensure all testing is done at the set-up stage. We aim to impress for the entire length of the contract and not just for a limited time. We also don’t believe it fair on our paying clients to prioritise non-paying customers over them.
