24 Hour Operation
We're a genuine 24 Hour call centre. We do not outsource to someone else (some of our competitors outsource to us!) and we do not use home workers. This means your calls are always answered to the same high standards. (more...)
Per Second Billing
Unlike many of our competitors, we always bill by the second. We don't round calls up to the nearest minute or half minute. We don't have a minimum call time either, so you only pay for what you use.
