Appointment Booking


We appointed two major UK telephone call centres to provide telephone appointments and first line technical support for our UK customer base. JAM media became our exclusive agent after a 4 month trial primarily due to three key factors:

1) Their on-line diary product is a quality tool that adapts to our needs and expands as the company continues to grow. The analysis function of the database is a powerful tool in its own right and is capable of generating simple yet comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

2) The service provide the initial point of contact between our company and our customers and have been commended on many occasions for the polite and accurate manner in which calls are handled.

3) JAM provide a service which is not perceived as a 'call centre' by our customers but as the appointments division of our company.

We have now used JAM media for over 2 years and are fully satisfied with the service received.

Order Taking


We have been working with JAM for the past 2 years. They provide our 24/7/365 orderline for our Mail Order catalogue. The Call Centre take all our consumer orders and deal with brochure requests.

We have daily contact with the team, if needs be, they are able to "patch" any customer service calls straight through to us - the customer is not aware our office are miles apart!

We always find the team efficient, courteous and professional, we feel this comes from their confidence in the JAM system.

This firm has been with JAM Media Response for over 6 years. JAM have dealt with our overflow calls during normal office hours, and also our overnight emergency calls. JAM also cover our emergency calls at weekends and on public holidays.

The service provided by JAM reduces the pressure on us here during the working day, and ensures we capture new work when the office is closed.

The cost of the service is not cheap, but it is a reasonably commercial price - good money secures good service!
