Whistle Blower Hotline





Have you considered improving your whistle blowing arrangements by putting in place a whistle blowing hotline service that will allow your staff to remain anonymous, whilst reporting potential breaches of policy?

This may include criminality and theft that might otherwise possibly go unreported. The line could infact be used for employees who wish to remain anonymous but wish to bring to the attention anything untoward going on in a company.

JAM can provide a 24 hour hotline that is manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year; the provision of a freephone number for staff to use; the provision of individual reports, in response to calls, issued to designated individuals

The report would include as a minimum, time of call, subject, summary of the content of the call, an indication if the caller is contactable and if possible, some indication of the demeanour of the caller.

There would also be the provision of management reports to provide information around usage of the hotline and topics raised through calls. All reporting would be available real time.
